Your Service Coordinator works with you to help you to accomplish your goals and get the support that you need. They are part of your team. If you have questions or problems with your services, you can call them and ask for their help.

Your Service Coordinator works with you to help you to accomplish your goals and get the support that you need. They are part of your team. If you have questions or problems with your services, you can call them and ask for their help.

Sometimes you may call your Service Coordinator and they may not be able to take your call. If that happens, you should leave them a message, telling them that you called, why you called, and what phone number to call you back on.

If they do not call you back within 2 business days, you should contact their supervisor. If the supervisor does not call you back within 2 business days, you should call the Area Director.

If it is an emergency, you should ask to speak to someone in the Area Office immediately.

If you do not hear back from anyone in the area office after a week, you can contact the Regional Director
